Also known as Yogic Sleep, is a sleep-based meditation.  This 45-minute class combines the benefits of relaxation, meditation, and intention; allowing the body to rest and heal spiritually, physically, and mentally.  In this state you deeply relax, quiet your thinking mind, and connect to your feeling body which allows for healing and rejuvenation.  Done regularly, Yoga Nidra relieves us of the effects of chronic stress which can cause insomnia, depression, & anxiety.  A 45-minute Yoga Nidra class is equal to 3-4 hours of sleep!

Yoga has always been a passion of mine ever since reading “Autobiography of a Yogi” by Paramhansa Yogananda. My intention is to live a balanced & heart-centered holistic lifestyle. Yoga is a part of that equation and I want to share my knowledge and love of yoga with others. I am committed to developing as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher and recently completed my Yoga Nidra certification at Southwest Institute of Healing arts.
