Mindful Massage is very conscientious of these uncertain times.  Our goal is to keep all of our clients and staff safe and healthy while making everyone as comfortable as possible to come in and get a massage. 



Our Procedures


  • All clients and therapists are required to wash hands prior to entering the studio.

  • All clients and therapists will be required to wear a mask the entire time in the studio.

    • The only exception is when the client is face down and must put it back on while your face up.

    • Mindful Massage will NOT be providing masks so if you don't have one, you will be sent away.

  • All clients must sign the COVID-19 Waiver and Release form (available on the Forms page).

  • Mindful Massage will sanitize all major traffic areas, pens, equipment, etc. after every client.

  • The studio is cleaned by a professional service every week day.

  • All linens are ran through a sanitizing cycle during laundering.

  • We will ask all clients COVID-19 specific questions when booking appointments.

  • Anyone who shows up to the studio with COVID-19 symptoms will be turned away at no charge.

    • If you are feeling anything "unusual" or you're not sure what you're feeling, we request that you cancel or reschedule.

  • Mindful Massage will continue to be lenient with the cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Mindful Massage will be flexible and lenient with all package and membership purchases.

  • All Out-call services and couples massage sessions will be suspended until further notice.

  • We have increased the time spacing between each client by an additional 30 minutes.

  • Social distancing must be maintained except during the hands-on massage session.

  • Mindful Massage will provide adequate amounts of tissue and sanitizer at all times.

  • Online appointment requests will be suspended until further notice.

  • Mindful Massage will maintain all industry standards and follow all CDC guidelines.
