ABOUT US

Established in 2014.

In 2009, I left my corporate job in Accounting.  After spending a few months contemplating what to do next, I enrolled in Massage Therapy at The Bryman School of Arizona.  This is where I fell in love with the profession and completely intrigued with wanting to learn as much about it as I can.

I began my Massage Therapy career in 2010 after leaving the Accounting field.  I was previously in Accounting for over 15 years.   As a new beginning, I endeavored into the Massage Therapy industry where I found my calling.  I have learned how to better tune into my intuition and internal energies in ways new to me.  With this I have been able to integrate my methodical and strategical mindset with my intuition and strong energy to provide a well-balanced treatment for my clients.

I began my career at a franchise, Elements Therapeutic Massage, where I really learned my massage swagger, flow, and fine-tuning my techniques.  I then added a gym to my resume where I could learn how to focus on fitness and anatomy.  After that, I started working at a yoga studio, Urban Yoga. This is where I learned how to tune into my intuition, energy, and really connect with my clients.  I now work for myself where I can blend my analytical thinking and problem solving skills from Accounting with my creative & energetic skills from Massage Therapy together to create a well-balanced approach to each of my sessions.

Since graduation, I have received several certifications to continue my education, specializing in Prenatal/Pregnancy care, thoracic outlet and carpal tunnel syndromes, Shiatsu, hip/low back pain, neck pain and Polarity Therapy/Energy Medicine.  I have also created a networking group of Licensed Massage Therapists where I have learned, traded, and acquired a multitude of techniques and knowledge.

I love spending time with my family, friends, and dog, Lucy and spending time outside.  My current mantra for life: "Every day is a great day! Just try missing one once".
